It’s cold in the USA. Not so, of course, as in Yakutia, but you can still freeze a couple of important places. Now 99% of the country’s inhabitants tend to sit in front of the fireplace, wrapped in their pets, and try not to think about words like “street”, “road” and even more so “water”.

But there is still one percent of the citizens, whose representatives are Daniel Schetter (also known as “Surfer Dan”) and his colleague Allen Finau. At the end of January, the guys decided to get out to Park Presque Isle, dive into Lake Superior and try to catch the wave. And on the street it was -34°C! That is why they took with them the photographer Devon Haines–you never know what a nice shot you can get.

So, Marquette County, Michigan, Lake Superior, a terrible cold season and two surfers!

This is Daniel Schetter (known as “Surfer Dan”) and Allen Finau

On January 27 and 30 of this year, these gentlemen decided to go to Lake Superior in Michigan

But not for fishing, but for surfing. After all, they are surfers!

And then the weather didn’t indulge Americans with gentle touches of heat.

~~~
Outside it was -34 ° C
