Everyone — urgently going to the dance!

If we could only give you one piece of advice, it would sound like this: “Just dance!”.
New research has shown that dance can be the most valuable form of physical activity. It has a significant anti-aging effect.

Researchers from the German Center for Neurodegenerative Diseases and Magdeburg University. Otto von Guericke monitored the condition of 26 elderly people.

Half of them regularly practiced dancing, and the second — exercises for flexibility.

Both groups showed a marked increase in the proportion of the hippocampus of the brain. This area is responsible for clarity of mind.

But the results of those who were engaged in dancing, were significantly better. In addition, improvements were also in the left hemisphere.

Scientists hope to use new research to create the perfect fitness program.
